Thank you for your interest in the WaterColor Inn and Resort. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our charming Town Center residences, cozy cottages or spacious village homes. To assist you in having an enjoyable WaterColor experience, we would like to share the following information about the resort.

Accommodations
Our accommodations are privately owned, individually decorated and completely furnished including fully-equipped kitchens, washers and dryers and stocked with linens.

Deposit and Guarantee Policy
A fifty percent (50%) advance deposit of all rental fees including lodging, tax, departure housekeeping fee and non-refundable processing fee is due at the time of booking your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due upon check in. You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and we require identification upon check in.

Cancellation Policy
We require a 30-day advance notice of cancellation for a refund of your deposit (less the non-refundable booking fee). Should you have to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit your entire deposit. Should you have to shorten the length of your stay within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit 100% of all unused nights.

For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, cancellation or changes must be made no later than 24 hours after making the reservations to avoid penalty.

A transfer to another cottage is considered a cancellation.

There are no refunds for early departures.

Rates
Reservations are encouraged and accepted up to one year in advance.
Weekly rates are based on 7 nights and include one housekeeping service mid-week. Daily rates and packages are available. Winter monthly rates are available, to begin on the first of every month and include housekeeping service bi-weekly.
Any unused portion of a package is non-refundable.
All cottages require a non-refundable departure cleaning fee. This fee covers full cleaning of the cottage after your departure.
All rates, fees and policies are based on availability, subject to applicable sales tax and subject to change without notice. Certain restrictions may apply.

Unavailability of Accommodation
In the event your accommodation becomes unavailable (i.e. residence sold, removal from rental program, acts of nature, mechanical failures or other reasons beyond our control) we will make every effort to substitute a comparable residence. If a comparable home is not available, you will have the option of selecting from other available accommodations at the published rate.

Amenities
Your stay at the WaterColor Resort includes one complimentary hour of tennis court time daily (smooth-soled tennis shoes only please), one bicycle per bedroom (two bicycles for one bedroom accommodations), canoes, kayaks and boogie boards (all recreational amenities are based on availability). As a resort guest, you will also receive preferred rates at Camp Creek Golf Club. For stays seven nights or longer, your will receive a mid-stay cleaning service. Catamarans, trail bikes, bicycle trailers, baby joggers, cribs, beach chairs and umbrellas and additional housekeeping services are available at an additional cost. Rollaway beds are not allowed.

Check In
Begins at 4 p.m. (CST) at the WaterColor Inn front desk located off County Highway 30A on Goldenrod Circle.
Due to our high demand for rental accommodations and attention to detail, check in may be delayed so please make your plans accordingly.

Check Out
Check out is by 11 a.m. (CST) at the WaterColor Inn front desk located off County Highway 30A on Goldenrod Circle.
A late departure is subject to an additional fee equal to one night's room and tax.

Construction
The WaterColor Resort is a growing community with construction beginning at 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. We will make every effort to notify you of any nearby construction at the time of booking but please keep in mind that we are unsure of construction start dates and completion dates.

Pets
Pets are prohibited in all WaterColor homes and residences. We are happy to recommend area kennels should you require this assistance.

Parking
Due to limited parking availability, campers, trailers, boats and motor homes are prohibited. Please plan on bringing no more than two vehicles during your stay.

Occupancy
Maximum allowed occupancies are stated in all accommodation descriptions and are based on the existing bedding offered. Rollaway beds are not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all WaterColor homes and residences.

Hurricane Evacuation
A refund of any unused portion of your stay will be issued in the event of a manadatory evacuation of South Walton County. There are no refunds due to inclement weather or voluntary evacuations.

Damages
You will be held responsible and charged accordingly for any damage, repairs or neglect of the home you are renting. This includes but is not limited to smoking, pet occupancy and theft.

Lost and Found
Although we cannot be held responsible for items left behind, we do make every effort to locate and return forgotten items to you. If notified, found items will be sent by charging shipping fees to a major credit card.
